This past weekend, our student-athletes competed in The Bahamas for the U.S. Kids Golf events at Lyford Cay Golf Club and Ocean Club. We are proud to share some well-deserved wins and scores.
In the Girls 15 - 18 Division, Holly McLean won with a clean sweep, shooting 74 (+2) at Lyford Cay followed by a 72 (level par) at Ocean Club to pick up back-to-back wins.
In the Boys 15-18 Division, Heath Kane continued his run of great performances over the past few months with back-to-back wins at both Lyford Cay on Saturday with a 75 and Ocean Club on Sunday with a score of 76. In the same division, Todd Purton finished as runner-up
at Lyford Cay and third at Ocean Club. Student-athlete Zion Taylor competed in the same division finishing at third place at Lyford Cay and second place at Ocean Club.
In the Boys 12 Division, Aidan Gorospe achieved a double win at both Lyford Cay and Ocean Club with scores of 77 (+5) and 79 (+7).
