This weekend, Luke Block showed grit and determination while playing in the Winter Junior Open at the Ocean Course in Kiawah Island. During his first tournament in the 16-18 division, Luke played very well, finishing the final round with 6 pars and a birdie to shoot 36 on the back and move him up on the leaderboard. The high winds were not the most favorable conditions, but his recent training at Albany allowed his progress to shine as he finished strong in third place.
