Congratulations to student-athlete Alexander Rowland for his championship win at HJGT’s South Florida Fall Junior Open. The Normandy Shore course located in Miami presented very stern conditions with high winds and heavy rain, but Alexander was able to take home the victory.
Alex played clinical golf on the opening 9 with a bogey-free 34 (-1) and closed with a 36 (level) shooting a 70 -1 to win by 5 shots. This is an excellent win for Alex as he played in the 14-15 Division of the tournament.
